Completed Module 8!
Dear {fname},
Congratulations on the completion of the digestive tract. This system is one of the most problematic for Americans. Between the poor quality of the American diet and the manipulation of our food (genetically modified organisms, and glyphosates), it’s surprising we don’t all have intolerances. It’s become more and more challenging to find good clean food, and not everyone can afford to eat organically. With all this stacked against us its good to understand how the system works and the oils that are helpful for digestive upset. Since digestive disorders are only going to continue and increase due to all our food chain challenges, it’s good you now know the allies that will help.
With the prices of food going through the roof, it’s a great idea to grow your own food if possible. Everyone would rather a homegrown tomato when given the choice! When you’re able to grow your own the food is fresher, contains more nutrients, and tastes better! Working in the soil also brings you closer to the earth both physically and metaphorically. Science has proven that there are microorganisms in the soil that boost the dopamine in our brains, so when people tell you gardening is a therapy, that too is physical and metaphorical. Regardless of your ability to have a garden, you should find a way to get your hands in the soil, if nothing else for the mental health benefits.
If you have tackled this course in the order, you’ve worked your way through this entire course! That is something to celebrate! You’ve done it! I applaud your commitment and pursuit of knowledge! Please remember you need to read my final message and complete all the quizzes before your certificate will be accessible. If you decided to study this course out of order, you have more to look forward to and learn! There’s so much more to essential oils and the benefits they can provide! Being a lifelong learner helps to keep us engaged, inspired, and reduces the chances of dementia. If you feel that you didn’t manage to retain all the information in this module that you had hoped, no worries, you have a year from the day you registered to go back through the information and cement it into your repertoire of knowledge! Congratulations on your accomplishment! I hope you enjoyed learning about the digestive system and that this newfound knowledge will benefit you and your family. Great work, and keep learning!
Cheers
